Purple Aztec

Aztec is a pattern that has been very popular the last few years.  I own a few pieces myself, and they are always fun to style. You can't go on a clothing website nowadays without seeing one Aztec
piece. I wore this outfit for a day at the office. I love this skirt, and purple is not a color I often wear so today's outfit was especially fun.

October Ipsy Bag

Recently I have been toying with the idea of cancelling my Ipsy subscription. It's always exciting when I get the email my glam room has been posted, but generally it ends in disappointment. I previously addressed this in my last youtube video. Nevertheless, I forgot to cancel and ended up with another subscription bag for the month of October. I wasn't actually disappointed with this month's goodies.

This month my bag consisted of

Starlooks Lipgloss: I really like Starlooks' products so I was happy to get this. This is the perfect pink for a neutral pink lip. I previously received the Starlooks lip liner so this was the perfect match. The lip gloss has a nice shine and lasts for awhile. I like the gloss, but would I order it online? Probably not.

Skyn Iceland Makeup Wipes: These wipes were full of product which was nice, sometimes I find that make-up wipes for some reason, don't have any product on them. I'm very happy that these make-up wipes did not break out my face.  They were a filler product for me and I would never look into buying them.

Jesse's Girl Mineralized Baked Eye Shadow: At first, I was a bit apprehensive about this eye shadow. It looked pretty enough, but when would I ever wear green eye shadow.I blended this with an existing eye shadow I had and it looked so pretty. It's not overly pigmented but it was the perfect amount of color for work. I actually would look into buying more of these baked eyeshadows. They are $3.99, so they are a great deal and will last a long time.

Figs and Rouge Hand Cream-Mango Mandrin: This was my first time trying this UK brand, and I was not disappointed. This hand cream will be great for the winter, I get extremely dry skin, so this is perfect to throw in my purse. This has a tint of smell but is nothing overpowering or anything I could in trouble using at work which is a big thumbs up. This hand cream does not leave a greasy feeling on your hands too. I would maybe look at buying this product when it is used up.

ECRU New York BB Cream for Hair:  When I first saw BB my initial thoughts were "yay a new BB cream to try out". Just as I was about to spread the cream on my face I realized that it was for my hair.  I didn't even know that BB Cream existed for hair, but I guess it is one of those marketing ploys. I do like this product so fair, I can't really explain if it has had any benefits for my hair due to the amount of time i've been using it. I have to admit that I will never buy this product again, because i'm not really sure what it does.

Overall, this bag had 2 items I would buy for sure and the rest were things I would use. I will continue subscribing, because I love seeing that pink metallic envelope.

Fall Dreamin'

This fall has been a dream.  I have had endless amounts of Candy Corn and Pumpkin Spice drinks have been overflowing from my cup. I've had this dress for awhile, but I have never managed to take an outfit picture in it, so today was the lucky day. I wore this outfit for a long day at work. I love kneesocks, because I am not the biggest fan of tights. This is the perfect  time for kneesocks.

Halloween with Elle Styles

Halloween is just around the corner and I cannot wait. I wanted to share an awesome website for costume shopping especially for Canadians. ElleStyles is one of my newest sponsors and a great online store to purchase some unique costumes. The days are creeping closer and there's no doubt that if you haven't found a Halloween costume yet, you are starting to panic. Where I live, we do not have any Halloween Costumes, so online is one of the only options.  ElleStyles has lots of costumes I am currently debating over.

The most exciting thing is ElleStyles has a discount code for 20% off any costume over $100. Use the code 20%off100

So my question is what are you being for Halloween?

Breton Stripes

For the last year I have been obsessed with statement necklaces, but I have always dreamed of owning one like this. I was so surprised when I went to the Super Walmart and found a display of jeweled statement necklaces. I wanted every single one but I controlled myself and ended up buying this beautiful fuchsia one. I love statement necklaces because they are great for adding a punch to a casual look. I believe this look would be way more boring without my statement necklace. This was a casual outfit I wore to run some errands. On my day off I still like to dress cute but comfortable.

My Fourth Blogiversary

Hi Everyone,
I am so excited by today's post. Four years ago today, marks the start of Follow in my Fabulousness. I can't believe these 4 years have passed so quickly and how much of a passion blogging has turned into for me. I started Follow in my Fabulousness as an outlet to write about my personal style and fashion. I never thought I would have people following and commenting on my blog, and companies contacting me to work with them. It truly is an amazing experience and I thank everyone who has checked out my blog, or worked with me. You have no idea, how happy this makes me.  Blogging is something that I enjoy immensely and I thank you all! I promise I have some exciting things happening soon including a blog makeover!

Sweet as a Georgia Peach Baby Shower

Hi Everyone,
Today I am going to be doing a different kind of post than usual. I am going to be an aunt, so on Sunday we threw a baby shower for brother's girlfriend and my niece to be, sweet little Georgia. The theme of the shower was Sweet as a Georgia peach, since the little one's name will be Georgia.  This was a really fun theme to execute. I thought I would share with my reader's the final result of the shower. I give huge props to my mom, who had such a great vision for the shower and put so much hard work into it. Here's a few snaps of the shower I managed to take.

I really enjoyed this post and am thinking of doing more lifestyle posts. What do you think? Would you be interested in lifestyle post?

Gladiator

I'm so happy today to finally share with you the hottest shoes I bought not too long ago.  I have been meaning to share these babies with my readers, but I honestly haven't gotten around to wearing these as much as I should.  As soon as I saw these gladiator pumps,  I knew they had to be mine. Not only was the price right at under $9 but these are certainly a conversation starter. One night I wore these out and men and women could not stop asking me about my shoes. They are sexy and remind me of something Rihanna would wear.  For a long day work I wore this cozy sweater with a forgotten skirt.
