Today I just wanted to share with you a review of my January Ipsy Bag. I had previously unboxed my Ipsy Bag on my youtube channel. In this post I just wanted to provide further reviews on the products I received.
I was very pleased by the Nourish Renewing Avocado eye cream. Lately I have been experiencing dry patches on my t-zone and eyelids. It seemed like nothing I put on it would clear it up. I started using this cream and now my skin is back to normal! Yay! I really like Nourish cosmetics because it is all natural.
I am enjoying the Manna Kadar Shimmer Lotion. I have been using this as a highlighter. Where I am a darker skin tone I find it difficult to find a highlighter that looks good on my skin. I love this one, because it provides the perfect shimmer for my skin. It is very easy to blend and it is long lasting. The only sad thing is I can't seem to find a full size version to order on the website.
The Natural Mineral Eyeshadow from Pacifica has also been used daily since I received my bag. I have been using this as a base for my eye shadows. It is a very shimmery eye shadow and works as a perfect base because it is so neutral. Even without primer I haven't experienced creasing with this shadow.
The other two items: the JCat Gel Liner and Real Techniques still have not been used yet. I have an abundance of eyeliners and I don't want any to dry up before I am finished with them. Lately I have been using liquid eyeliner or They're Real so I haven't used this brush. I am excited to try these products when the time comes.
Overall, the last 2 bags I have received have been better than usual so I have maintained my subscription because of that. Let's hope for three in a row with February's bag!
